1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by The Patios Bros. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, consultations, estimates, construction services, and related offerings.

By accessing our website or hiring us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The Patios Bros. provides patio design, construction, installation, repair, and related outdoor improvement services (“Services”).

All Services are subject to:

  • Local permitting requirements

  • Site inspection and approval


We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Contracts

  • All estimates are valid for [30] days unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may change if project scope changes.

  • A signed agreement and deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Any changes to the project must be agreed upon in writing (Change Order).

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may incur fees.

  • We reserve the right to suspend work for non-payment.


Failure to complete payment may result in legal action or a construction lien where permitted by law.

5. Permits and Approvals

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • The client is responsible for obtaining HOA approvals.

  • The Company may assist with permits, but approval timelines are not guaranteed.


We are not responsible for delays caused by permitting authorities or inspections.

6. Project Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Material shortages

  • Government actions

  • Site conditions not disclosed before project start

  • Force majeure events beyond our control


Project timelines are estimates and not guaranteed completion dates.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Ensure property access during scheduled work

  • Remove personal property from the work area

  • Secure pets and ensure a safe work environment


The Patios Bros. is not responsible for damage to items not removed from the work area.

8. Warranties

Warranty details will be outlined in your project contract.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Workmanship may be covered for a limited period.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper maintenance

  • Modifications by third parties

  • Acts of nature

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website

  • Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

  • Not to submit false or misleading information

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Patios Bros. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or property value.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Patios Bros. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Inaccurate project information

  • Unsafe site conditions

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good-faith negotiation

  • Mediation, if necessary

  • Binding arbitration or court proceedings in the State of New Jersey

You agree that disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payment terms are violated

  • Unsafe conditions exist

  • The client breaches these Terms


Termination does not waive payment obligations for completed work.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
